This radiation monitor is designed to measure the flux density and surface activity of 239Pu alpha particles, as well as to simultaneously monitor gamma radiation ambient dose equivalent rate and ambient dose equivalent at the location of the system operator.

Description

The Atomtex AT1117M Radiation monitor Alpha is designed for dosimetric and radiometric monitoring in Nuclear Power Plants, manufacturing facilities, research laboratories, medical institutions, etc. It can function as either a portable or fixed instrument. The radiation monitor can be configured to be used with BDPA-02 or BDPA-03 alpha detection units, PU2 processing unit, cable and wall bracket if used as a fixed instrument.
